  If you are looking to improve your fitness. I can highly recommend Curves Rosebud. I have had the pleasure of attending this centre when visiting my Mum over the past few years. Tracey and her team are continually motivating and nurturing. This is reflected in the regular attendance of their members. This gym is a community that emphasises motivation, friendliness and self improvement. Keep up the FANTASTIC work Tracey. You are a CREDIT to the fitness Industry.

  Tracy and the staff are amazing. They always keep you motivated, the people are lovely to have a chat with, I love the fact that it’s a woman’s only gym. Thanks Tracy for your hard work!

  Tracy and her welcoming coaches continually motivate and challenge all the women at the gym and encourage each member to strive to reach their health and fitness goals. A great place in a female only environment to work out.
