Customer service is F!#@%ED you let me wait for 48 mins to tell me sorry sir you might have to come back later. Both coin depositing machines were broken and when i ask why cant i give it to the girl behind the desk. "Oh we dont have the machine" so the girls behind the desk cant count? Its a bank. I will be taking all my banking elsewhere

The blonde girl that served seemed much more interested into talking to her collegue and I have only just found out that (3weeks later)it was either never sent or sent to the wrong address. This has left me in a very difficult position and I will never trust anyone in your branch with anything to do with my money again... What a disgrace of an institution you are!
