Husband took a bag of coins in to be exchanged only to get sighs & turned away by the teller because they weren't bagged in $10 lots in anz bags!! (Only my husband and one other customer was in the branch too!)Very loyal customer for many many years with all out banking at Anz and a personal complaint directly to the branch manager got me no where! Even went to another branch a few doors down and they could not believe the poor service we received and offered to exchange our coins but as we are not their customers it was going to cost us! Will never step foot back in this ANZ branch!
